How Do I Enroll?

Thank you for your interest in The Calvary Academy! Please complete the following steps and forms to begin your student’s enrollment:

1. Fill out the Application Form- your form may be printed off, signed and faxed in or mailed in

2. Fill out the Authorized Records Release Form
3. Student testing is required for grades k5 – 12th. There is a testing fee of $25.  If you choose to enroll, the $25 testing fee will come out of the $100 enrollment fee.
