Contact our office to schedule a tour. You’ll have the opportunity to meet our team, ask questions, and observe a classroom in action.
Step 2: Fill Out Forms
Download and complete the following forms
- TCACP Enrollment Packet
- Ohio Childcare Enrollment Form
- Infant Enrollment Form
- Childcare Medical Plan
- Childcare Shots Record
Step 3: Return Forms
Forms should be turned back into the TCACP office
Step 4: Process Forms
